if you've actually been sick avoid diary products and introduce a light carb diet- crackers, salt and vinegar crisps, pots, crackers, toast.

  23. Anything with ginger in it.

  24. Try any of the following:

    ginger

    crackers

    peppermint

apple ( I know it sounds weird but it really works for me)

    weak broth

    licorice

BLAND is the way to go here. Avoid sugar, artificial sweeteners, fat/grease, salt, and carbonated beverages. Avoid sugar-free chewing gum- it has both sorbitol and aspartame, two things that tend to upset your stomach. And of course regular gum still has the sorbitol. So no gum! If you try juice make sure to dilute it with water- full strength will have too much sugar. Avoid dairy as it tends to produce gas.

  25. Bananas, applesauce, rice, toast, etc. is usually good for me when i feel sick.
