  1. As with any new diet or herbs, check with your doctor first before  taking to make sure that it does not adversely affect your medication that you are on.  Also, with any type of, cleansing, berries on down, moderate it don't over board it.  Keep in mind that your kidneys and liver are the cleaners for the body, but if you over work them from drinking too much water, taking meds that might affect them to also being on a cleansing diet every day, you might be asking for your major organs to shut down prematurely.  So moderation is the key.  So, do not try to, "double down," on anything hoping for an instant change in your body.

Someone mentioned Oats as being wonderful for the body.. true, but it also slows down your metabolism.  It is considered a No food for fitness minded folks, along with grapes, bananas etc.  But apples (great source of fiber) with peanut butter (protein) is awesome and keeps your metabolism going...  So, depending on the desired out come that you want, welcome to the world of reading. ;)  There is no one diet, fruit or foods that will fit everyone, so you have to find a diet for your blood type, list of medications your on, health conditions to your desired outcome.

As for the cramping pain.. The reason why your area is cramping is to get the clots (that can develop due to dehydration and or stress) build up and your system is trying to push these small things through an even smaller cervix opening.  Yes, it is a muscle.  Also, there is a circular massage that you can do on yourself to help with this.. Goto the top of your greater trocanter (top ball part of the femur) [go from the backside of the leg) and go medial (in) then the fleshy part that you feel.. go easy.  Nurses use to do that on delivering ladies and it would relax the cervix.  Or you can sit on a tennis ball and let that do the work.  Try it before your flow begins or even during.. Also a good ab massage also helps with this, call around your local Massage Therapists to see if they do this.  Not all do, because it comes down to comfort level for both you and the practitioner.  You can also sit on a heating pad, yeah sit on it! heh.  That will also help relax that area and even your lower back.  I hope all of this helps.  Cheers. ;)

  5. If you have Premenstrual Syndrome try additionally to your medication to have a confident attitude - try positive affirmations like "My body is strong and healthy" or "I handle stress easily and competently". Destress your environment: surround yourself with soothing colors and soft music. Breath slowly and deeply. Shallow breathing decreases your energy level and leaves you feeling tense. Take a hot bath with 1 cup of salt and 1 cup of baking soda to relax your muscles. A herbal remedy could be chasteberry and rosemary. On days like these go to bed earlier and set reasonable goals to avoid to feel ovewrwhelmed. If you try all of my suggestions I'm qhite positive you can reduce your medication.

Your immune system gets strengthened by Vitamine C and zinc, but don't take them at the same time, since they bind together, making zinc less effective
