I like your logic Kathryn. I'll stick to my superfood celery sticks.

  1. I think it's best to avoid food if you want to look "fabulous" on the red carpet. Try a juice smoothie instead!

  2. tuna, salmon  (fresh)  along with a beavy of fresh fruits, veggies and other things like mushrooms.. nuts, beans...

drink more water...   and fresh juices.

stay away from processed junk and sodas,  too much alcohol and too much other of that chemically stuff.

the longer you are on a diet of non processed foods and primary vegetable product that's not processed the better you'll feel and look over all.

you may even look a few years younger if you use a diet like this for life.

stay away from fast foods..   canned food, anything frozen...  DAIRY is a NIGHTMARE,  dairy doesn't work well with our digestive tracts and primarily is the cause of respiratory issues,  dehydration and hardening of the arteries.  (not kidding... i stopped dairy because i was trouble with the whole heart disease issue and weight)    sorry, diary is bad news.

    stay purer feel better.

this is from experience.. not only of my own but what i watched with others.

and if your digestive tract is happy.. you won't suffer any septic poisoning possibilities and constipation..   bad plumbing makes for a bad house!

    :D   i know, crappy metaphor!

  3. Salmon, almonds, certain oils, and seeds contain Omega 3s that keep your skin and hair supple and moisturized. Fruits and vegetables are a must. And 10-12 8-oz glasses of water a day to keep your skin nice. You should also cut coffee from your diet and stick to green tea as a caffeine fix. Reduce dairy and red meat to a minimum. Voila!

  4. Eat your vegetables dearie.

Here's a hint: Have lots of your b***s showing and nobody will care about anything else. Works for Susie Sarandon doesn't it?

  5. mcdonalds

  6. Well just eat nothing, are you kidding me?

It's the red carpet, tummy bloat will make you look terrible, then the magazines will roll out with the pathetic "bump watch" and suddenly you're 4 months pregnant with Brad Pitt's baby or something on Star Magazine, you don't want that!

Drink green tea and have cucumbers and celery all day long, and about two hours before the event have nothing at all.

But most importantly make sure YOUR red carpet matches YOUR drapes.
