Hmmm , well im not sure how to convert your money exchange but I do know some cleats that fit your description. Well first of all do you have a wide foot? If you do you will be looking for DIadora or Joma. But if you dont and your foot can fit into nike/adidas and anyother shoe then I would recommend : T 90 Laser II, for accuracy they opened up expensive but I would believe they might be a little cheaper now. Mesh (to breathe), expandable, and a increased sweet spot. The Adidas Predator is built for speed and ball control. WIth comfort. The ultimate power boot around is the Adidas Predator PS TRX FG. You can go online for all of this, because Adidas has a good boot period. They design specific ones for specific things so listing them all would be pointless. But i would go with some kind of Adidas predator.  And let me just inform you that (this is factual) NIKE leather is the best. You may of known this already but the nike leather is better then kangaroo. It doesnt hold water (so you dont get weighed down), and it is supposed to give you a better touch. The top  nike boot would be the Nike Air Legend II (2), again I dont knwo your price range. This boot has a good control, and a powerfull shot. If your looking for comfort try the Tiempo Mystic from Nike. I also have to agree that any boot from nike that is comfortable for you will probably work out. Well thats all I have for now. I have a Diadora pair right now and I am more then satisfied, mainly because i have a very wide foot. But remember its not about the boot its about the player wearing them.

Id say a pair of adidas predators i recently bought a pair from brantanno for £23.00 and they an excellent pair or boots i play right wing and they serve me well.
