  1. Be a spectator

  2. I think if you're 5'9" at age 15 and you weigh 150, assuming you live up here in Canada where I also live, you've got full back written all over you. You'd be a terrific ball carrier on short yardage situations, providing you can hold on to the ball, because you're going to be a tough bowling ball to bring down. You don't need exceptional speed and you certainly will not be in on every play on offense, unless you're going to be blocking.

As you as you can still keep your feet moving when you've got two guys clamped onto you, you'll do fine.

  3. What is the average size of player in your league (or County I guess) and what is your mind for the game like. Are you able to see the field well? Finally, how is your tackling, both open field and close counters.

If you are smaller than average, see the field well, and not bad at tackling open field, then Safety may be the way to go.

If you are bigger than average, good at open field, then think of outside linebacker.

If you are bigger than average, better at close counter trench warfare tackling, try inside linebacker.

Finally, if tackling isn't your thing, and you are above average in size, then think about Offensive Tackle. If your speed is decent, perhaps your coach can construct some "Pulling Tackle" plays where you can be a lead blocker or even run the ball.

  4. How about you have the coach choose for you instead of asking people who have never seen you play.
