  1. I knew a lot of kids in high school who were fast and strong, but once you threw pads and a helmet them things changed a lot.  First of all to be a great QB, RB, WR (skilled positions), you need not only speed and strength, you also need agility and need to understand the game of football.

It's seems weird that you can only squat 10-20lbs more than your bench press????  But with the information you have given, I would say stay on the defensive side of the ball, probably in the secondary (CB, FS, SS).

Keep on training hard, STUDY, be the first one to practice and the last one to leave, STAY POSITIVE, STUDY, STUDY, STUDY.

    Good Luck!

  2. Defensive tackle, linebacker, cornerback, maybe a full back

  3. Running back, Defensive tackle, wide receiver.

  4. QB man, they get the fame and the glory, and the biggest pay check if you go pro.

  5. Im a senior 5-9  158 and a RB for my varsity football team, seems like you got speed you mite wanna stick to RB and increase your speed while your at it because High School is where it counts ..Prepare yourself, you mite also wanna try out Corner Back with that speed theres no doubt you'll be knocking heads out there

  6. Try and learn as many positions as you can when you get there. The coach will put where he thinks you'll play your best. When I played I always wanted to be on the field. Originally I wanted to be a WR, because I was fast and had good hands. The problem was everyone wanted to be a WR & RB. So I asked the coach which position he needed the most, which was safety. So I became a FS, and I also asked to be on special teams. So my advice is to keep an open mind and listen to the coach.
