  1. Option 1: RER and Tramway

Take the RER B from CDG airport to Paris.  At the stop "Cite Universitaire", transfer to Tramway T3, direction Pont de Garigliaro.  Get off at stop "Georges Brassens".  Rue Olivier de Serres is only 200 m away.  Cost will be about 6 EUR per person.  You'll have to manage your bags at CDG, not a big problem since there are trolleys and escalators.  At Cite Universitaire, you may have to climb/descend some stairs during the transfer.  But after that it will be level ground.  Expect total travel time to be more than 1 hour.

    Option 2: Taxi

This is the most direct and easiest with your baggage.  It is also the most expensive.  Expect to pay 50-60 EUR for this trip.  Trip should take 30 min if Paris traffic is not too bad.  It might take 2 hours in rush hour traffic.

  2. If you have heavy baggage you will find public transportation of any kind difficult. Taxis are terribly expensive and to the destination you have stated the cost would be 65-70+ euros depending on the time of day.

The best solution might be to take a private airport shuttle. There are many of these and some can be booked in advance over the internet. This will probably reduce the cost compared to a taxi. I say "probably" because you don't  say how many of you there are.

  3. Well, the baggage is an issue... Try taking as less as possible... However, there are buses that leave the airport towards downtown, the 15th is in the southwestern part, so, maybe you can take the bus route #4(http://www.airfrance.com/double6/passage... and from the Montparnasse train station, take a cab. another option is to take the RER but you'd have to change trains twice... so don't consider it...

A taxi would cost you around 55 euros... The bus around 14 euros p/p + taxi and the RER+métro ~5.5 euros...

Honestly if you are 2, I would prefer the comfort and paying a bit extra, if 3, way better!!
