There must be someone out there that has appealed a visa rejection. What form should I use to file an appeal for a visa rejection. Thank you.

    If it is a visa rejected by a consulate or an embassy, you can just simply writing a letter to the Ambassador or the Consulate-General to ask for a review.

    If you are applying your visa through USCIS (US only), please write to the service center you apply and writing a letter with your information for a "petition for review" or "petition for appeal".

    That's the only thing you can do because a country can deny you for any reason(s), even for no reason.
