What format do i use to send mail overseas from america to england?

Im wondering cause i have to send my friend mail, and i don't know how to do it. I know his name address zip code everything etc including town and city, but i don't know how to format it.

For example, america is

Name

Address

City, State, Zip code.

So how should i do it if im sending mail to england? and is there anything special i have to do to the letter?

Exactly the same. House number and postcode alone should get it there.(plus the UK bit of course)
