i prefer ODIs because i love the concept and the skill involved. its not as slow as tests and its not like T20s when all u do is smash the ball. And it has been awesome watching players in ODIs like Sachin Tendulkar, Sanath Jayasuriya, Steve Waugh, Hayden, Gilly, Ganguly, Ponting, Ranatunga, Inzimam, Wasim Akram etc ODIs are great!!!!!

  1. I prefer tests because it's the pure and traditional form of cricket where the true merit of the players are judged, and through which a cricketer attains complete maturity. I also like ODIs, and all the players you have mentioned are great to watch no doubt, and are legends of their time. But I don't like the T20 format of the game, because it's more of a cheap entertainment rather than a sport.

  2. i like ODI.. more time to come back. and situation change time to time and result come in 1 day.. i like test cricket too but 5 these all happen in five days...

  3. I like T20,because the real talent of a cricketer is known here.(How 2 score more runs in least overs)

  4. I prefer Test Matches,then ODI's and finaly 20/20 matches..

In test matches you get to see who can go the distance, who has the brain power  and who has the will to win..

I like the Test, because that is what it does,it test the endurance and skill of a player..

I enjoy watching a good ODI and i supose 20/20 is good for entertainment,,but i jusr prefer Test over the others..

  5. I still love Tests.  I can understand why they bore some people but they are the most gripping experience generally.

ODI's are good but if it's not a close game, you know very early and it can be painful to watch ... particularly if you've shelled out $100 to go and see the game!

T-20 is just hit and giggle.  Fun to watch but the results don't prove a thing.  I once saw Singleton RSL (Returned Servicemen's League) club match the NSW team in a ten-over comp.  That prettyy much sums up T-20 for me!!

  6. i agree with you partially....

i love to watch test match inolving aussies.... the pace with which they play makes me think whether this is an ODI ..

and a cricketer's skills are displayed to its full in test matches.. so i like it...

T20 is interesting and fast.. but its not the ultimate cricket.. i mean hitting every ball  to the fence is not cricket. come on!!

and a bowler has only 4 overs!!!!!!!!!!!! how it justifies his skills in such a short spell?  his only aim remains to restrict the runs   thats all ..! and slogging is not the best part of batting.!  a classic straight drive off  150kmph outswinger  is a rare thing in T20!! this treat is visible in test. or ODI.. test cricket is elegant and smooth while T20 is slambang and rude..and its a nightmare for a spinner!!!!!!

so i love test the most ,then ODI and T20..

  7. i love a good new zealand aussie ODI where there target is 300+ cant beat it especially when new zealand chase it down ! T20 is good especially the IPL but to bad they mostly start at 2:20am in da morning ODI's r exciting and they can reach higher scores and it lasts longer but the 2007/2008 india australia tests were amazing im from new zealand and i watched most of it and it got quite exciting especially with sachin tendaulker get centuries and ponties reaching 100 but watching McCullum and Jesse Ryder reach 168 in 19 against england in thye second ODI earlier this year was amazing some of the best shot i've seen in a long time and mccullum v bangledesh well all i can say is he didnt need a team he signled handled won the game in 5 overs chasing 87 that was amazing display he has to be one of the best preformers in the WORLD I say ODI's

  8. yah ur right but nothing is like T20 its a game of real poWer skill and tellent........ i loVe T20

  9. 20/20...............test cricket wastes alota time

  10. Even though Test cricket is the real cricket, i like T20 & ODI....I think i like T20 more because they are less time consuming and exciting! But ODI is also a good format!

  11. T20
