I-485 - Application Adjustment of Status

I-765 - Application for Employment Authorization (using category (c)(9))

I-131 - Application for Travel Document

I-693 - Medical History (Only need Vaccination supplement if you had a medical done within the last year as a requirement for your non-immigrant visa).

I-864 - Affidavit of Support

If you are coming to the United States on a K1 visa, you will have the appropriate paperwork in your K1 packet.  You will already have seen a Consular Officer at the American Embassy/Consulate and they will be able to answer your questions.  

- Must be eligible for IV w/petition filed on your I-129F

- Pass medical exam and marry the USC on your petition within 90 days

- Employment Authorized, May adjust to LPR under INA Section 245
