  1. teh lebanese use it in their yellow lentil soup because it helps with reducing lentils affect to give you gas.  It also used in a summer dish made from fresh ripe tomatoes and it is called tomato cumin-very simple no? we also use with a snack Fava treat. We usuallu soak large and big fava beans for few days then boil them add salt, pepper, peices of lemon and CUMIN lots and lots of it.
