What foundation is noncomedegenic (sorry if i spelled it wrong) and oil free found in drugstores?

i need a foundation that is noncomedegenic and oil free. but i cant buy, like, bare minerals, bare essentials, or whatever cuz i dont have a credit card and cant buy it online. i dont have high end boutiques like Sephora where i live, so thats out of the question. i need that kind of foundation found at stores like CVS, walgreens, etc. thanks!!

  1. Try cover girl tru blend maybe that will help, its the only one i know of.

A lot of supermarket make-up brands now have mineral make-up.  You might want to look into those.  I think Neutrogena has some make-up that includes acne fighting medicine in the make-up itself, as does Almay.  I use Revlon ColorStay and I really like it.  It is both non-comodegenic and oil free.  Plus Allure has declared one of the all time best foundations.
