Today I currently tried to get a checking account with my parents. When we got there they had told us that I was to young to open my own accout, despite us going there 2 days before to discuss opening the account with a bank worker. I am 15 years old, and I will be 16 in October. Is there any other bank that will allow me to open my own bank account?
