What free program i can download to make a animated background for my pictures?

See i want to know How To do this:

- Cut a orginal Pic Down So it will be just the person.

- Then Take and put it On a Different Background a animated one

- Also a Great Free Software that makes this Possible

- Also Has Stuff So i can Put Animated or Text on the Picture

I suggest you PhotoFiltre Studio 9. It's an easy-to-use software that is still able to do very interesting things. That's the one I personally use and I'm very satisfied with it.

That version is special because it's PORTABLE. It means that you don't need to slow down your computer with a new installation.. To sum up, you just need to download it and then to click on it to use it ! (You can even take it with you in your usb key ;)
