What free websites can i go on to find medical journals? ?

I would like to know free accessible websites where by i can read medical journals which are very current, preferably on HIV and AIDS increase in Africa and if possible Nigeria but i do not mind Europe or America either or Asia. Then another topic would be on breast cancer in Africa, Asia, Europe, middle east but preferably in Nigeria. I would like all the information on these websites to be factual and must be valid.

It has alot of info.  And if you click on PubMed on the right, that will give you access to millions of journals articles.  Some are free and some are not, but it's official information.  Of course check to make sure the journals you are searching are peer reviewed and review the studies to make sure they were completed in a unbiased manner.  That will give your the most factual and valid information.

But these will be fully technical and may not be clear to the general reader but only to peoplewith medical background. Regarding the topics you have mentioned you need to use a search engine like Google or Yahoo to find out articles covering the subjects.
