  1. I heard coconut oil erradicates them.  Don't know where to find it yet.


  2. I believe you are referring the fruit of the osage orange  tree, or "hedge apple."  It is commonly gathered by people here in missouri, they are placed in closets and around the house foundation and some people swear by it working...

    However, after researching this - I have found it to be a myth!  :(

  4. Hedge apples, and they REALLY WORK. Start looking for them now.  They are a Fall crop.

  5. i don't' know about spiders, but any fruit with a high acid content should repel insects

  6. I have heard fruit from bois d'arc tree is a good repellant.
