  1. My guinea pig used to love apples, oranges, and carrots. I've also heard that they like watermelon.

  2. Definitely check out the links supplied by Flute. Guinea pigs can eat almost any vegetable or fruit in moderation! The only things to steer clear from fruit & vegetable-wise are grapes, bananas (so I've recently learned), and iceberg lettuce. I wouldn't feed them watermelon rinds, they wouldn't like them. They would enjoy a small piece of the watermelon itself as a treat once or twice a week!

  3. carrots , lettuce , cucumber, peppers, grapes , apples, oranges (gives them vitamins )  broccoli  , ...

  4. A guinea pig can eat most any vegetable.  There are some that are better than others and some that are better avoided.

Watermelon, sure !   the rind, though might give your piggie a belly ache.

Carrots, apples and spinach are their favorites

GREEN LEAFY lettuce such as romaine, red leaf, butter lettuce and arugula.  All of these are great foods, but NOT iceberg lettuce which has very little nutrition, and often causes diarrhea in small pets.

Some celery, not too much as it is difficult to digest

Radish, cucumber and cabbage in small amounts.  Too much can give a belly ache (gas)

Alfalfa, timothy hay are wonderful. They sell little 'hay blocks' at most pet stores.  Bunnies love these!

Broccoli, cauliflower, cilantro, parsley, corn, green beans, watercress, kale, mustard greens.

Do makes sure he/she has access go a mineral (not just salt) l**k.  They are found in any pet store.

Do make sure either he/she gets variety or is supplemented with guinea pig pellet food.  NOT rabbit pellet food because guineas require more vitamin C in their diet than do rabbits.

Lots of fresh water and tons of love!

Just google 'guinea pig',  you'll find more information than you know what to do with !  Good luck with your little piggie :-)
