what fruits/vegetables are rich in calcium/protein?

  2. Calcium: colard greens, dandelion greens, endive, squash, olives, fig, papaya, rasberries

    As for protien, no fruits or veggies really stand out with any protien benefits other than soy beans, and some other types of beans.
