What fun free photo editor do u think is best?

looking for something that can maybe warp pics, and edit into something a little more fun :)

Photoscape is a very good free download, you can add text, borders, changes colours, make the photo look like a mosaic, a drawing - lots of cool stuff. Google it and you should get the page to download from.

A very good Photo-Editing software available is Adobe PhotoShop, but only a 30-day trial for PhotoShop is available for free. To try it out go to http://www.adobe.com/downloads

A free alternative to PhotoShop is GIMP. While it is as powerful as PhotoShop, it's a bit harder to use. If you can't get your head around it, check some tutorials on YouTube:
