What fuse on a 1995 VW Golf MK3 controls the dash lights?

Question

The dash lights went out because of a short. I fixed the short and now I do not know how to fix the dash lights to turn on again. I figure it must be the dimmer control or a fuse. I ran through all of the fuses on the inside of the cab and they seemed fine. anyone have any suggestions?

See if the lights blow out! The cluster is very easy to remove.

I replace mine with blue leds!!!

either 12 or 15....should say right on the fuse panel it self.......pull it down and look :)

also try and take your switch (headlamp swtich) out and see if its fried
