  1. it needs to be 48inx24inx24in minimum

  2. A 40 *breeder* is the minimum size for an adult.  A 55 gallon is long enough, but not nearly wide enough.  This is why its important to get a 40 breeder tank,  not a regular 40 long (which I have actually never even seen.)  But, as has been said, bigger is better.  If you don't have any tanks yet, get a 40 breeder, and partition it off for the baby, as it grows, move the partition to give it more room until you just take it out and let it have the whole tank to run around it.  Again, for an adult, NO SMALLER than a 40 breeder.

  3. well it really depends on if its a baby or a adult as lots of people are saying baby 15-25 gallon is ideal.

for a adult 45 gallon i believe or 50 gallon.

baby's would not like a tank that is to big as he/she might think that there is a predator in its home and get frightened so for a baby it would need one that makes the dragon feel safe. adults i believe don't really care but a 45-50 gallon is ideal

    have fun with your dragon

  4. if you want a really good place for ur beardie try making a tank. i built one 5(l)x3(h)x2.5(d), a 4X2X2 is also a good size. but if you want to buy a tank i would get a 50gallon. the bigger the better!! i hope this helps. oh and if u r planning on building 1 here is a set up http://www.freewebs.com/crossfireenclosu...  im having great success with this!!

  5. the general rule is atleast 20 for a baby/juvenile, and for an adult, 40-50 is great, but the bigger, the better.

  6. for babies you need a 20 gallon...but when it gets older you will need a 40 or 50 gallon...
