How to con everyone into believing that it is necessary to be thin to enjoy life.  After putting on too much weight I was advised by my doctor to attend Weightwatchers but disliked being told that I would be much happier when I was thinner.  I begged to differ as I had been very thin when younger and found the opposite to be true so was not very popular with the Weightwatcher's leader.  I don't think this is the answer you were looking for but it is the best I can come up with.
