What games is there in the wii fit or workout games?

I want to buy the wii fit and the board how much does it cost and is it worth it and do you hav fun

$90 for both the game and the board.

It's not as fun as boom blox or mario kart, but it's more fun than calisthenics, jogging in place, and yoga all on your own with no game or trainer.

For me, the motivational factor is the most best part.  It tracks my workouts and lets me add external workouts like taking the stairs, walking to work, or going for a skate.

It's light exercise, so my boyfriend who plays soccer 9 hours a week and hits the gym for 3-6 hours every week has no use for it at all.    My mother and roommates love it, though, and I've been pretty good about keeping up with it.  It's easier to stick with than a fitness DVD and has more variety.

I'd say 70% of the population who are physically able to use it and who aren't already athletes would find it useful and worth the money.

As a bonus, it had all the exercises I needed for the second stage of my physical therapy after a car accident.  I can't even put a monetary value on that!  Even if I paid through the nose for a personal trainer to come to my home, they wouldn't be there whenever I felt most energetic and in the amount of time it takes to push a button and slide a disk in!

Hit the link below for a list of the 'games' and exercises on Wii Fit.  If you can talk someone at a video game store or a best buy into letting you try it, do!  The price gave me some pause, and I didn't purchase it until after I tried it at a friend's house.
