What games to invent for 5 year kid to learn new words in English?

flash cards and you can get computer games that teach that stuff

1)Get her to draw a bingo board 4x4 or 5x5 with pictures on it.  

Then you call out the words and she has to put markers on them.

2) Get lots of props, or just use things around the house.  

Scatter the things around.  If you say Pen, she has to run to pick up the pen.  If you say table, she has to run to the table.  Etc...

3) Get a picture dictionary and cover up all the words.
