What games would be fun for a 17th dressy casual birthday party? I have a dew ideas, but I need more. There are going to be about 20-30 friends and family. HELP! [:

2. Modelling contest like the "America's Next Top Models" for both sexes

3. Dancing contest like the limbo rock or bamboo pole or just disco dancing

4. Bursting balloons contest using your bums, the team that finished bursting the most balloons in the shortest time wins.

any card games.. they keep people happy. monolopy.. or if your allowed to drink why not try a few drinking games.

Try yahtzee for a group, Get some paper or chalk board and play that game where you can't talk and have to guess by the picture what the item is I can't think of the name.  Or just play some music and make it a dance party.
