What gasoline companies in Texas are American owned?

I have been doing some research and I do not want to buy any gas supporting other countries. One of my co-workers told me that in some countries such as Venezuela, one can buy gas for 19c a gallon. We American are really being ripped off by these gas companies owned by people in other countries.

I read that Shell is owned by Islams.

Exxon, Marathon Oil, etc. are all American owned.  Most are in Houston, TX the oil capital of the US.
