  1. None.  A few years ago, retailers tried methanol, but too many fuel system parts break down with methanol and its use was discontinued.  Ethanol is the primary oxygenate in use across the US.  MTBE was phased out in early 2006 due to expiration of legislative protection.

Cant think of any that would have methanol good question though, the only reason I think methanol is less popular than ethanol is the lower energy content, no one will notice any power gas mileage issues with 10% ethanol but 10% methanol fuel might be noticeable. The reason racing cars use methanol is because of lower flammability its a safer fuel.
