what kind of wiring kit would i need if i used a line out converter because i'm using the factory head unit?

  1. 2g for power and ground

    converter has 14g for the speaker conections


  2. I did the same thing. I have a BOSE factory system, so I added the LOC to the rear 6x9 wire, then ran the RCA Cables from there to my amp.

    As for your wiring kit, it depends how many watts your amp is.

    The less amount of watts, the smaller amp kit you need. Do some research, check out Crutchfield.com's "Does It Fit" Section or somethin..

  3. 4 Gauge would be more than enough. If money is an issue then 8 Gauge will suffice. As for the speaker wire to the sub, You can go 12 Gauge. Check Out KnuKonceptz Speaker wire, They have great prices
