A SPANISH Teacher was explaining to her class that in Spanish, unlike

English, nouns are designated as either masculine or feminine.

'House' for instance, is feminine: 'la Casa.'

'Pencil,' however, is masculine: 'el lapiz.'

A student asked, 'What gender is 'computer'?'

  1. It actually depends because there are two words for computer. "El ordenador" and "la computadora" so it could be either. And in Colombia, they say "el computador" soooo it has many possibilities ;)

  2. It is feminine = La computadora
