That men think they can do better than women.

A big one that we see often is that when women are assertive they are "bitchy" but when men are assertive they are "leaders". This pretty much applies to any age, if a girl has group of girls following her around she's just a "brat" - same in high school, but if it's a boy with other boys following his lead then you can see that the boy will be a great leader. In the workplace it's the same thing, two bosses that act exactly alike but are different genders are seen differently. The woman is a *****, but the man is a strong leader.
