I think bio-oil is the best most affordable thing on the market, but palmers also make a pretty good one which smells yummy too... they dont totally get rid of them but reduce the appearance a lot..

Try using 'Palmers' Cocoa Butter Formula

it is recommended for the use of stretch marks

my friend says that she uses cocoa butter or aloe vera gel..it doesn't get rid of them completely but makes them less noticable

If that oil and any other oil or cream or butter worked they wouldn't be able to keep it on shelves. Laser surgery.

All of these products such as Bio-oil (a Biotherm oroduct) or Vichy or cocoa butter are to "prevent" stretch mark", not get rid of them. Moreover, there is no guarantee that the use of them would actually help because this is a matter of genes. I mean if your mother or sister have already got them, there is a high chance that you'd get them too. It depends on the elasticity of your skin.  Once you get them, you can not get rid of them unless you go under laser surgery or some kind of other plastic surgery.
