  1. Turpentine removes paint, first try a little turps on the inside of hem to test how it works on the cotton it should be ok

  2. Kerosene Oil

  3. If it's latex paint, soap and water.  If it's oil based paint, turpentine or paint remover.  (It's probably latex paint if he was using it to paint a room, and the sooner you wash it, the more will come out.)

  4. Try rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover or methylated spirits

or umm since its black try to cover it with a black laundry marker.

or if that doesn't work i heard dry cleaners have some special product that removes most paints.

  5. if its latex paint put the part thats got paint on it in cold water for two days after the first day wiggle the cloth around to loosen it up.the third day take a toothbrush and scrub it with some dawn dish washing liquid.dont use terpintine or your going to fade the black if its oil based use kerosene soke same brush out and wash
