What gets period stains out???

I use Shout or Spray n Wash. Just spray it on before you put them in the washer. it works pretty well.

this sounds really really weird but it works. use milk. i had a friend tell me about it and then i tried it the next time that happened and it works. just make sure you rinse the milk out beofre you put your underwear in the wash haha. you can either rub the milk on with a cloth or use a old cup or bowl or something to soak them in.  it works because something in the milk reacts with blood. i know it sounds odd but it really works.

cold water soak or hydrogen peroxide or both.  I try to use the older stained ones when I get mine so that I don't ruin any new undies.

Soak it in cold water and then wash it. Use tide and pour it directly onto the stain and then wash it. Always works for me!

Soak in Napisan for a couple of days then a quick scrub and then into the wash.

stain removers work well, but only if its not set in yet

i just rinse them off in my sink then rub some soap on them then let them soak for an hour or so.
