What gets you motivated and keeps you motivated?

When it comes to Family, Education, and religion...

Is motivation only inspired from within? If you arent motivated to do something does that mean you ditch it?

the end result of what i accomplish. i keep my eye on the prize.

if you are not motivated to do something it does not mean you should abandon it. only a weak person does that. you need to remind yourself why you are doing it and reassure yourself that you will accomplish what you are going after. it also helps if other people support you.

Yes i think you can only be motivated from within. If you really dont want to do something, you wont do it, and if you do, you'll do it half-heartedly.

Usually if I dream about something I wake up with it on my mind and if it is an achievable goal than I will reach it so I would say my dreams motivate me.

I'm motivated by people putting me down, i feel like i should prove them wrong, i want to show them what i can do. I'm motivated by praise, if i do something right, i want to keep on doing it because it makes me and other people happy.

I'm motivated by the teachings of Islam, whenever i learn more or am reminded of things, i feel like practicing them etc.

If i'm not motivated, i wouldn't ditch it, i just woundn't try my hardest with it.
