What gift should I bring to my friend in england from the u.s.?

Well, hes not really my friend, hes just this guy that I barley know thats giving me a free place to stay, (and who lives walking distance from the buckingham palace :0) Anyway, since he probably won't accept my money, what would be something that a european could'nt get anywhere around where he lives, maybe something that you could only get in the U.S.? and size does'nt really matter, thanks a ton

Well, it doesn't really matter about what you get your friend. It was thoughtful and I'm certain it would be very much appreciated.

Be careful though since you're staying at a stranger's house and its kinda wierd if a guy invites you to stay over his house, no payment required, and its for free. It's alright, only unless the guy is 'that' nice.

anyway im from england and my friend went to America a few years ago and brought some Hersheys Kisses back and they were SO nice! everyone who likes chocolate will like them im sure, plus you cant buy them in the UK (as far as i know) so it would be a good idea for a present

Hi Joe.   To be honest, there's very little you can buy  in US that you can't find in GB nowadays.   Since it sounds like you don't know this guy very well, I suggest you wait til you get there and find out what he might need or what music he likes.   Buy him something practical over there and give it to him right before you leave to come home.   Suggestions would be music, gas card, phone card, gift card for a men's store in London.   Hope this helps.   Good luck and enjoy your visit!
