Do you feel it's more the fear/anger of not knowing what will happen if you don't make the choice -or- Do you find the best choices you've made are that way because their based on what you hold true?

  1. Neither.

The power to make a decision is in that I live in this situation and it requires a decision which I am aware of.  That's all.

While truth does not always reveal the best solution, it only gives the best chance.  Fear and anger are not necessary the best motivators, they merely put emotional variables in play with consequences.

In most circumstances, I would prefer a less complicated situation, so the later one is preferable unless I know for sure that I am the under dog and require a boost and even some luck.

It really depends on the situation at hand.

  13. Basically niether. It would be "free will" that gives one the power to make up their mind.

  14. Simply? Free will.

I just read an interesting little piece demonstrating that humans have it. It told the story of a mule who starved to death because it was standing between two bales of hay and could not decide which bale to eat.

Would free will as something that can be just as stupid as it is often reasonable, find a conundrum between two sources of food, then starve because his will would not work?

  15. It's what I believe that makes my decisions clear. If I know what I feel is the right choice for me it's easier. I'm a believer in Jesus, so I know what is expected of me and I want to please Him. That makes all of my decisions easier, knowing I'm doing what's right for me, my family and Jesus
