What goes good with salmon...?

I'm making salmon and brussle sprouts for dinner and I need an idea of something else to make with it...

mashed potatoes.  with garlic or cheese.  that's what i always make - and it's always a hit.

asparagus with some olive oil and lightly crisped in a pan

Cut potatoes into bite size pieces and lightly toss with a minced clove of garlic (to taste). Drizzle with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. A few sprigs of rosemary really makes it wonderful! Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 350 for about 35 minutes or throw them on the grill - excellent!

I like the flavor of dill with salmon, so maybe make roasted new potatoes and toss with olive oil or butter and dill.
