This happens to me pretty frequently since I live in a high density population area (Los Angeles). I'm a person who is fully aware of the basic rules of the road, so I can usually tell when I'm in the right in a given situation.
Here are the conditions:
I'm approaching a 4 way stop intersection. As I reach my stop sign, a car approaching ahead on my left is slowing to a stop at his/her sign. Seeing as to how I clearly reached the intersection first and the state law is that drivers on the left must yield to drivers on the right in the event that both cars reach an intersection at the same time (which we didn't), I begin to slowly accelerate through the intersection, since I have the right of way. As I begin to move forward, the car to my left starts to crawl towards me in an attempt to make a left - a move which begins while I'm already in the middle of the intersection. Before I could yell out "Wake up, buddy!", the creep has the audacity to honk at me.
