  1. depends on both children.  it could be jealousy, desire or it could be "there kid has no idea.... i feel sorry for him/her!"


  2. A child can stand in a line (queue) and watch others cut in front of her and feel no anger if she hasn't been taught that something in that is wrong.

  4. satisfaction. the other poor shmuck will never be able to enjoy the finer moments of life. sure toys are fun, but so is just trying to make it through the day. Humans and their struggles are each others business and joy.

  5. It depends on the child's personality and upbringing. Some children, even if financially poor, could be living in a loving environment, and take pleasure in less materialistic things. Other children, may look at a rich child with envy and resentment. Even sibling children may have differing attitudes to  things.

  6. The poor one probably has a hundred times more love in her life.

    Aeropostale, Hollister and Abercrombie can't begin to make up for a loving family.

    Like I often say (tongue in cheek), "wonder what the poor folks are doing?"

    And I mean we are rich in love, even if we are cash poor.
