What goes through the mind of people that protest funerals?

When family/friends/etc.. are morning the death of a loved one FOR ANY REASON, I don't care if he was shot while robbing a bank and killed two other ppl or was a soldier, they should not be ridiculed and so disrespected as to have protesters screaming at them and their dead friend/family/etc... by ppl with nothing better to do.

What could these ppl possibly be thinking?

  1. If those poeple are going to others funerals and critizing them and their families, they can be arrested, its disturbing a function and its a hate crime if they are bashing the dead and their family.

Thats so sick, if those people showed up anywhere near my family, i'd get them the h*ll off the property myself.

  2. Death does not have to happen. There could be an approach which would not antagonize people which is to purchase a laser printer an print up alternate currency to challenge the power they so dislike. Currency for Trades People, Soldiers, all specialities can bring all together. May not work.

  3. Not thinking. In a perfect world they would be taken out and sterilized.

  4. They are very sick individuals but, unfortunately, they have a right to free speech like the rest of us.  They also have the right to a peaceful protest.  They don't realize that the fallen soldier they are protesting gave them the right to do that.

I've seen the "Thank God for Dead Soldiers" protest signs on various sites.  There is a group called the Patriot Guard who try to block out those people as funeral processions go by.  They stand guard outside of funeral homes and cemeteries holding American flags to block out all of the signs and protesters as much as possible because alot of soldier funerals are covered by the local media.
