What goes well with shrimp risotto?

I don't mean like a wine or anything of the sort, but rather another food that goes well with it.

OK. We eat risotto as a First Course, which can be followed by a second course or served after an Antipasto. So, since you are eating a seafood plate, I'm suggesting to stay on the same line of food. Like a warm seafood hors d'oeuvres, or muscoli alla marinara or anchovies in olive oil. After your risotto (I repeat, it is NOT a side dish!) you can serve a nice fish cooked in the oven with tomato, olives and capers, or a fritto misto di pesce (mixed fried seafood) or shrimp or scampi on the grill.

Any sort of vegetable will make a good sidedish.  Asparagus, in my opinion, would be particularly good, but use whatever you like.

Risotto is pretty filling so I would say just a nice tossed salad any maybe some garlic bread.

I would roast cherry tomatoes (toss with olive oil and a little salt first) in the oven at 425 for about 20 minutes.

I would serve with garlic bread or crostini.
