What good DH trails are there in South Wales, Glostochire and Somerset?

Im going to that area, leaving tomorrow and staying all week.

I know of Cwmcarn but thats it! Any others? I know there is some in the Forest of Dean but dont know where!

If anyone could help that would be great.
