What good/decent hotel in paris has a wonderful view?

Im thinking about planning a trip to paris. I would love a rom with a view, but my trouble is I dont know any hotels, neighborhood, sites, local parks, etc.

I would love to wake up, open the window shades and stare at a park, or the eiffel tower.

With don't try an apartment instead of an hotel and enjoy your stay like a parisian, I know 2 websites with nice furnished apartments form short term stay in places like Champs elysees, Montmartre or near Eiffel Tower :

My friends stayed in a little hotel called hotel tour eiffel and loved it - it was quaint and adorable, so look for that one!  Have fun!!

The Hotel Crillon looks out (depending on your room) directly onto Place de la Concorde.  But it's uber expensive.  Worth it.
