  1. it does no good at all, and it turns your soul bitter.  It's poisen to you, or the person holding the grudge because it grinds at you.  Holding a grudge prevents you from moving on with your life as you are always going back to that time.  I know from experience.

It hurts you more than the person you have the grudge against.  For the most part, they've moved on and have forgotten about whatever it was that caused the offense.  You become a prisoner of the poisen.  You have to let it go.

  2. Well.. if it still bothers you inside.. it's not worth to have is it ?

  3. nothing at all! He may have hurt you badly before, but the worse of it is that you, yourself, is prolonging the hurt within. its not worth it; you deserve better from yourself.

  4. It does no good.  My mother is the queen of grudge-holding.  She's still bitter about a snub she got in grade school, and she's in her 60's now!  And she's got numerous other grudges, too.  And you know what?  She has always been the unhappiest, most bitter person I know.

Let it go.  You're only hurting yourself.  And if someone's holding a grudge against you, it's a reflection of that person, not you.  Don't dwell on it!

  5. Move on.

  6. Nothing... I mean is it really worth holding on too it's so heavy!  who ever does that is really living in the past!  and not letting go!

it's really not that healthy for the mind!!!  dwelling focusing on that.. wiill only bring more of that feeling back!  and it won't stop!

it will keep happing over and over and ove ragain!

Forgive and forget.. rules to live by!

hey it's not easy but well worth all effort!!

  7. Maybe that someone just doesn't want anything to do with the other person.

  8. I guess it really depends what the other party has done ,if it's really bad than I think I would still be kind of mad.

  9. What good does it do?

It will make you miserable- you'll hurt far more than the person you've held a grudge against.

    My advice? Let it go.

    Best wishes.

  10. It does no good, sounds like ya'll need to talk things out.

  11. It does no good at all.Holding a grudge and not forgiving some one only keeps you in the past.It only hurts you.Sometimes it is more important to just get over things than it is to be right about something. When I hear about things like this all I can think about is all the lost time the people are going through.Time they will never be able to get back.It would really be a terrible thing if one of these people died before they made things right.I also think it is childish.
