  1. Foods that contain no animal products, and the options are endless and amazing! Some good foods include almonds, cashews, black beans, chickpeas, hummus and pita, flaxseed smoothies, soy milk, tofu, tvp, tempeh, fruits, vegetables especially green and leafy, seitan, nutrional yeast, quinoa, rice, peanut butter, couscous, lentils, etc.

Peanuts, peanut butter, soy milk, beans, rice, tofu, fruits, veggies, almonds, hummus, veggie burgers, meat substitutes, almond milk, pasta, pumpkin bread, ice cream made with coconut milk, macaroni and "cheeze", cookies, fruit leather, lentils, clif builders bars, organic food bars, peanut butter granola, cereal, pita bread, no cheese veggie pizza, soy pudding, salad, soy yogurt, oatmeal, cream of wheat, cinnamon rolls, pretzels, crackers, salsa, potatoes, fries, Popsicles, waffles, pancakes, smoothies, brownies, chocolate, hot cocoa, popcorn, juice, muffins, cupcakes, lemonade, ect. The list could go on forever!

    There are also those vegans that don't do milk products either.

    And, well, Yeah, what did you think with the name "vegetarians"? OK, it can be confusing, some say "I eat fish and am still vegetarian"...

    In fact, I think I could ask myself the same question. What the fudge do they eat? What makes you a vegetarian? Are you a Vegetarian if you still DRINK blood? All these questions...

    breakfast:

    eggs

    toast

    cereal (make sure there is no geleton in it! it is made up of animal bones and skin. gross!)

    waffles

    pancakes

    fresh fruit

    bagel

    lunch/ dinner:

    pb&j

    soup

    grilled cheese (make sure there is no rennit in the cheese. that is the lining of a cows stomach. i doubt you would want to eat that anyways.)

    veggie burgers (they make a lot of fake meats, thats just the only one i've tried)

    baked potatos

    salad

    baked beans

    rice

    bagel (i know i already said this fr breakfast, bagels are just so versitle!!! lol)

    spaggeti

    snacks:

    pretzels

    crackers with peanut butter

    fruit

    veggies

    granola

    chips

    gram crackers

    airheads

    and... bagel bites! lol.
