When I go to make a call it reports that there is an yahoo error.

    Haven't used it.

    Try to troubleshoot it, and try the alternatives (Google Talk, Skype).

    The usual troubleshooting stuff applies:

    - did this work previously (if so what changed since?), is the issue always or intermittent, did you shut down every other program and resident application, when did the issue first appear?

    - is your system clean, stable, virus-free etc.

    - what is your system spec? (OS version, patch version, browser make and version). Can you confirm other people run reliably with that system spec?
