Try renting at TR_Vidcom, they have a wide array of the hottest brands in PC's and laptops. Or if you don't want to rent it you can purchase it though.

Toshiba are quite good, they do tuchscreen ones, but i am not sure weather you would get one for that much money, otherwise i would go with dell, or acer, or some of the bigger makes because then it is less likely to go wrong
