What good qualities parents want in a child specialist doctor?

them actually being nice to children would be a good start. my daughter went to a pediatrician once and needed a shot and the lady just threw her up on the table and jabbed the thing in her leg. I was like what the h**l woman!!!!!!! She didnt talk to my kid at all, didnt let me try to help by holding her hand or even standing next to her. it was just very brutal. i switched doctors after that.

Should be friendly, diagnose correctly & also charge less.
