First, a Glock 17c isn't a BB gun. It is a 9mm semi-automatic handgun. 9mm ammunition is required.

"Gas blow-back" means that the combustion gases from the burning powder are used to work the action of the gun to load another round into the chamber. Again, this is a semi-automatic handgun, it does NOT use CO2 or any other such type gas.

The "C" in the model designation, "G17c", is for the "compensator" built into the barrel and slide of the gun.

Since this is not a BB gun, a license is required for it.
